Trial of this case was held at a special trial session of the Court commencing on October 17, 2022, in Atlanta, Georgia. Since trial was not concluded during the week of October 17, 2022, trial of this case continued at the Court's November 28, 2022, regular trial session in Atlanta, Georgia. Since trial of this case was not concluded at the end of the Court's November 28, 2022, regular session; trial is now scheduled to resume on January 17, 2023 at a special session of the Court in Atlanta, Georgia.

However, based on discussions with the parties and the parties' December 19, 2022,joint status report, the parties are not prepared to resume trial on January 17, 2023. Therefore to conserve judicial resources, a remote portion of this trial will occur on Tuesday January 17, 2023 at 10 a.m. (EST), and with the remainder of the trial to now resume in-person beginning on Monday January 23, 2023 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case which is calendared for trial during the Court's January 17, 2023 special session in Atlanta, Georgia will now resume at a Date and Time Certain of 9:00a.m. (EST) on Monday January 23, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that a remote portion of this trial will occur on Tuesday January 17, 2023, at 10 a.m. (EST), on ZoomGov.com. By separate order, the parties will be given log in instructions for the remote portion of this trial. It is further

ORDERED that the parties will have access the courtroom, Room 1136, 11^thFloor, Russell Federal Building & Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner Drive, S.W., Atlanta, GA 30303 beginning on Friday January 20, 2023 at 9 a.m. (EST) should the parties desire to set up any electronic equipment prior to resuming trial on Monday January 23, 2023.
