MEMORANDUM OPINION

On December 28, 2007, appellant filed a notice of appeal in this case. By letter dated June 4, 2008, we notified appellant the time for filing her brief had expired. We directed appellant to file by June 14, 2008 an appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time complying with Tex. R. App. P. 10.1(a) and 10.5(b). We warned that if the brief and motion for extension of time were not filed by June 14, 2008, the appeal would be dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1). Nevertheless, to date, appellant has not filed her brief or motion for extension of time.

Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b), (c).
