RICHMAN BRY & HELENE C. BRY, Petitioners, v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Tamara W. Ashford, Judge.

On February 10, 2023, pursuant to the Court's December 16, 2022, Order, the parties filed a Joint Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. The parties report that since the filing of their last status report on December 14, 2022, the assigned Appeals officer and petitioners' counsel held a conference on February 8, 2023. The parties further report that the assigned Appeals officer informed respondent that she and petitioners' counsel are still working on a settlement and that they need more time given the complexities of the case. According to the parties, they still believe that the case is susceptible of settlement and thus they request that this Court order them to file another status report within 90 days. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before May 18, 2023, file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
