DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue their prior motion to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 30, 2012, and the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 14, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
