On June 21, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Entry of Decision. Respondent filed an Answer on July 2, 2021. By Order served July 30, 2021, the Court directed respondent to file a response to petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision, or the parties to file a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. On August 13, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision is denied as moot.
