This case is calendared for trial during the Court's May 1, 2023, Jackson Mississippi trial session. On March 1, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the parties' joint status report filed on January 31, 2023.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's Jackson, Mississippi trial session beginning on May 1, 2023, and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before June 1, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-current status of this case.
