On September 28, 2023, docket entry 13, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. By Order dated November 9, 2023, docket entry 17, the Court directed petitioner to file a response to respondent's Motion on or before January 22, 2024. On January 4, 2024, docket entry 19, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time requesting the Court extend the time to file a response to Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, and by Order dated January 17, 2024, docket entry 20, the Court granted petitioner' Motion extending the time within which petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, to February 22, 2024.

On February 22, 2024, docket entry 21, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision document. The Court will accept and enter the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed September 28, 2023, docket entry 13, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner is relieved of her obligation to file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed September 28, 2023, docket entry 13, per the Court's Order dated January 17, 2024, docket entry 20.
