BRIAN L. BROWN, Petitioner - Appellant, v. JOEL ZIEGLER, Respondent - Appellee.

Brian L. Brown, Appellant Pro Se.

UNPUBLISHED

Submitted: June 23, 2022

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, at Beckley. Frank W. Volk, District Judge. (5:12-cv-01178)

Brian L. Brown, Appellant Pro Se.

Before WYNN and QUATTLEBAUM, Circuit Judges, and FLOYD, Senior Circuit Judge.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM

Brian L. Brown appeals the district court's order denying his Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b)(5) "petition for nunc pro tunc," in which Brown requested consolidation and sequential payment of his debts owed to multiple courts for litigation fees, fines, and costs. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court's order. Brown v. Zeigler, No. 5:12-cv-01178 (S.D. W.Va. Nov. 30, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED
