The clerk's record has been filed, but it does not contain the contents requested and required by the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(a). In particular, it does not contain "any special plea or defense motion that was presented to the court and overruled, any written waiver, any written stipulation," the "court's docket sheet," "the court's charge and the jury's verdict, or the court's findings of fact and conclusions of law;" "any formal bill of exception;" "any request for a reporter's record, including any statement of points or issues under Rule 34.6(c);" or "any request for preparation of the clerk's record." See id.

We order, Cindy Fowler, the Clerk of the District Court of Medina County, to file a supplemental clerk's record containing all filings requested and required by the Rule by December 1, 2023.
