The clerk's record filed June 12, 2023, is incomplete. The clerk's record does not have the punishment charge. The document listed in the index as "JURY CHARGE-PUNISHMENT" is actually the guilt/innocence charge and is not the punishment charge. Accordingly, we ORDER John Warren, Clerk of the County Criminal Courts of Dallas County, to file on or before JUNE 28, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing the punishment charge or a written statement that the punishment charge has not been filed with the District Clerk.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Lisa Green, County Criminal Court No. 5, Dallas County; John Warren, Clerk of the County Criminal Courts of Dallas County, Texas; and counsel for all parties.
