The clerk's record has been filed in this court; however, the record does not contain a copy of the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal as required by Rule 25.2(a)(2)(d) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. On March 29, 2023, this court ordered appellant's counsel to obtain a signed copy of the certification of defendant's right to appeal from appellant and file a copy of the certification with the district clerk and written proof of such filing with this court no later than April 13, 2023.

On April 11, 2023, appellant's counsel filed a motion requesting additional time to file the trial court's certification. The motion is GRANTED. Appellant's counsel is ORDERED to file a copy of the certification with the district clerk and written proof of such filing with this court no later than April 28, 2023. The supplemental clerk's record containing the certification should be filed by the trial court clerk within fifteen days of receipt of the certification.
