The order denying the motion for jail time credit is affirmed without prejudice to file a motion that affirmatively alleges and demonstrates on the face of the record an entitlement to additional jail time credit. Daily v. State, 24 Fla. L. Weekly D949 (Fla. 4th DCA April 7, 1999).
