ABATEMENT AND REVIVAL, § 18nonsurvival of right to unpaid instalments of benefits accruing before death of blind pensioner. Right to unpaid instalments of blind relief benefits, accruing before death of beneficiary, does not survive his death or pass to his personal representative.
