By letter dated October 5, 2023, we questioned our jurisdiction over this appeal and directed appellant to file, on or before October 15th, a letter brief addressing the Court's concern. Before the Court is appellant's October 19, 2023 motion requesting a thirty-day extension of time to file her jurisdictional brief. We GRANT the motion only to the extent that we extend the deadline to November 6, 2023. We caution appellant that she shall address in her letter brief only the issue set forth in our October 5th letter.
