ORDER
Appellant Robin Brown sued appellee Terry Faseler. The case was eventually tried to a jury. On December 22, 2017, the trial court signed a judgment in favor of appellant. On January 22, 2018, appellee filed a motion for new trial.
On January 9, 2018, appellant filed a motion for collection of judgment. On January 26, 2018, the trial court denied appellant's motion for collection of judgment. On February 22, 2018, appellant filed a notice of appeal in the trial court. The notice of appeal states that appellant is appealing the trial court's January 26, 2018 order denying her motion for collection of judgment. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE ANN. § 31.002 (West Supp. 2017); TEX. BUS. & COMM. CODE ANN. §§ 24.01-.013 (West 2015 & West Supp. 2017).
On March 2, 2018, the trial court granted appellee's motion for new trial. On May 17, 2018, the trial court vacated its order granting a new trial and signed a final judgment on the merits of the underlying case. Nothing in the appellate record shows that appellant is appealing the final judgment on the merits of the underlying case.
The reporter's record was filed on March 19 and 20, 2018. The reporter's record includes the hearing on pre-trial motions and the jury trial proceedings in this case, but it does not include the hearing on appellant's motion for collection of judgment. We presume the appellant does not need the reporter's record from the January 26, 2018 hearing to prepare her brief and to pursue this appeal.
The clerk's record was filed on June 1, 2018. Therefore, appellant's brief is due on July 2, 2018.
