ORDER
Pursuant to our May 15, 2019, appellant has filed a status report informing the Court the parties have settled but have not finalized the agreement. Appellant believes the matter can be finally resolved within the next twenty days, but in the event the settlement falls though, seeks an extension of time until then to file her opening brief.
We GRANT the motion to the extent we ORDER appellant to file either a motion to dismiss the appeal or her opening brief no later than July 9, 2019.
