In Re: Lewis Brown, applying for supervisory writs, 20th Judicial District Court, Parish of West Feliciana, No. 13-069.

BEFORE: PARRO, GUIDRY AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Relator, Lewis Brown, filed an application for writ of mandamus with this Court contending the Clerk of Court for West Feliciana Parish has not transferred his suit, docket number 13-WCR-069, to East Baton Rouge Parish as ordered by the 20th Judicial District Court on April 19, 2013. This Court has been advised that the matter was transferred on October 7, 2013.
