Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed August 12, 2022, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 20, 2023, the parties shall meet and confer as to the present status of this case, including: (1) the parties' views on the Commissioner's pending jurisdictional motion; (2) whether the parties desire a remote hearing on the Commissioner's motion; and (3) whether the parties recommend that the Court decide the Commissioner's motion without a hearing or any further filings by the parties. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 30, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if more feasible) with the Court concerning the then-present status of this case, including the matters set forth in the preceding ordered paragraph.
