ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

On May 10, 2023, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision that improperly consists of two copies of that document, one signed by both parties and one signed only by petitioner Jonathan David Brown. The Court cannot approve that proposed stipulated decision as filed.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision filed May 10, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 1, 2023, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document with the Court.
