HIGHWAYS AND STREETS, § 620.1 — when judgment on verdict for plaintiff stumbling on defective sidewalk will be affirmed. In suit against city for injuries sustained by stumbling in sidewalk depression at busy part of main street of city, where concrete block had sunk below level of adjoining block having sharp edge, judgment for plaintiff was affirmed as against contention that plaintiff was negligent per se in going upon sidewalk which she knew was defective, that court had not required plaintiff to submit to physical examination by physician selected by city, and that instructions had been improperly denied.
