On July 13, 2023, appellants filed a motion seeking permission to allow Richard Z. Wolf of Horwood Marcus & Berk, Chtd. to withdrawal as attorney of record on appeal for appellants. Appellants state in the motion that good cause exists for withdrawal because Wolf is departing the law firm of Horwood Marcus & Berk, Chtd., and that Hal J. Wood of Horwood Marcus & Berk, Chtd., and Michael P. Ridulfo and Andrew D. Robertson of Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC, will remain as counsel for appellants. The motion to withdraw is granted.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to note the withdrawal of Richard Z. Wolf of Horwood Marcus & Berk, Chtd. as counsel for appellants on the docket of this Court.
