This case is calendared for trial at the Court's June 3, 2024, Los Angeles, California trial session. On March 28, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court left a message for Mr. Brower in an attempt to arrange a conference call with the parties; as of the date of this Order, he has not returned the Court's call. On March 29, 2024, the Court ordered Mr. Brower to respond to the Commissioner's Motion by April 19, 2024. He did not respond. We will provide him the opportunity to appear and address the Motion in person. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Summary Judgment filed March 28, 2024, is set for hearing at the call of the calendar at the trial session of the Court commencing June 3, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., Edward R. Roybal Center & Fed. Bldg., 255 E. Temple Street, Room 1167, 11th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
