AND NOW, this 9^th day of June, 2005, upon consideration of the Stipulation as to Time Within Which Defendants May Respond to Plaintiffs' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, counsel for all parties involved in the case having executed the stipulation, it is ORDERED that the Stipulation as to Time Within Which Defendants May Respond to Plaintiffs' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is approved. Pursuant to the terms agreed upon by the parties, the Defendants shall file their response to the Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings on or before June 10, 2005.
