BROSIS PROPERTIES, LLC, BEAR CREEK LAND MANAGEMENT, LLC, TAX MATTERS PARTNER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case is on the Court's October 24, 2022 trial calendar for Atlanta, Georgia. It is one of many syndicated conservation-easement cases before the Court, and we spoke with the parties on today to discuss how the case can best be developed. All agreed that it made sense to try to let petitioner meet with IRS Appeals to try to settle the case or at least narrow what needs to be tried. This is reasonable, and it is

ORDERED that the parties' motion for continuance is granted. It is also

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 24, 2022 trial calendar. It is also

ORDERED that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction. It is also

ORDERED that on or before January 6, 2023 the parties shall file a status report to describe their progress at IRS Appeals.
