DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and to treat premature notice of appeal as timely filed.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to treat premature notice of appeal as timely filed is granted, without costs, to the extent that the notice of appeal is deemed to be a valid notice of appeal from the order of disposition of Family Court dated May 30, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to February 23, 2015.
