ORDER

DENNIS M. COTA UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's motion, ECF No. 19, for declaratory relief. Plaintiff's motion is denied as unnecessary because Plaintiff request for declaratory relief is already alleged in the operative complaint, see ECF No. 1, and as such is properly before the Court.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
