Appeal from Superior Court, Los Angeles County; Robert W. Kenny, Judge.

Actions by Mary H. Brill and others, as executors of the last will of William J. Hunsaker, deceased, Eugene W. Britt, Daniel M. Hunsaker, Mary H. Brill and Rose H. Steehler, respectively, against Los Angeles County and the City of Los Angeles to recover taxes paid under protest. Judgments for defendants, and plaintiffs appeal.

Affirmed.
