ORDER

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On January 23, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 16). By Order served January 25, 2023, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On April 24, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 18) informing the Court that the "parties are still engaged in settlement negotiations, and it remains possible that such a settlement may also resolve some or all issues in the related case at No. 1885-21." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before June 26, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
