An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 25, 2019, And plaintiff-appellant having moved to supplement the Record on Appeal to include two emails dated April 6, 2020 and April 8, 2020 (Exhibit A to the moving papers); or in the alternative, for the Court to take judicial notice of the existence of the two emails; or in the alternative, that the Court consider the submission of the two emails as referenced in plaintiff's Reply Brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
