ORDER DENYING PETITION
This original petition for a writ of mandamus seeks an order directing the district court to vacate its order granting a motion to dismiss Randy Maurice Bridges' postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus and an order directing this court to vacate its order affirming the district court's dismissal of his petition and reinstate Bridges' appeal. We have considered the petition and amendment to the petition, and we conclude this court's intervention by way of extraordinary writ is not warranted. See NRS 34.160; NRS 34.170; Pan v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 120 Nev. 222, 228, 88 P.3d 840, 844 (2004) ("Petitioner[ ] carr[ies] the burden of demonstrating that extraordinary relief is warranted."). Accordingly, we
ORDER the petition DENIED.
