Dec 9, 1986
9 Conn. App. 807 (Conn. App. Ct. 1986)

Opinion

(4338) (4339)

Argued December 3, 1986

Decision released December 9, 1986

Action, in each case, to foreclose municipal tax liens on certain of the defendant's real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield and tried to the court, Spear, J.; judgment of strict foreclosure in the first case and judgment of foreclosure by sale in the second case, from which the defendant filed separate appeals to this court. No error.

Peter S. Niedzwiecki, pro se, the appellant (defendant).

Michael G. Moronich filed a brief for the appellee (plaintiff).

Upon a careful review of the record and briefs, and affording the appropriate scope of review to all of the claims of error raised by the defendant, we find no reason to disturb the judgments of the trial court.
