DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 8, 2011, June 14, 2011, and July 22, 2011, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered April 28, 2011, and to waive compliance with the margin requirement for the reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall serve and file his reply brief on or before August 27, 2012.
