Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated December 12, 2012, which determined appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 8, 2011, June 14, 2011, and July 22, 2011, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated April 28, 2011.
