On July 13, 2022, the Court issued an order granting John Nation's July 12, 2022 motion to substitute as counsel. Due to a clerical error, notice of the order was not transmitted to the trial court and the parties.

On our own motion, we extend the time to file appellant's brief and ORDER appellant to file his brief by October 20, 2022.

We DIRECT the Clerk to transmit copies of this order to the Honorable Tom Nowak, Presiding Judge, 366th Judicial District Court; and to counsel for the parties.
