Appeal, No. 271, April T., 1973, from order of Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, No. 379, Oct. T., 1972, in case of Brewer's Marine, Inc. v. Kings Mountain Corporation. Order reversed.

Assumpsit.

Order entered discharging motion by defendant to strike off judgment entered by default, opinion by SILVESTRI, J. Defendant appealed.
