ORDER
Petitioner has been in the practice of writing argument on the outside of envelopes when transmitting papers to the court. This practice makes it extremely difficult to place the argument in the record by electronic scanning. Therefore, this practice is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED. Any further argument made on the outside of the envelope will be disregarded and the envelope will be shredded.
