ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Amend the Complaint (#13) and on the Stipulation (#12) of the parties agreeing to said Motion. The Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds that said Motion should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff is granted leave to file an Amended Complaint by the close of business on the day following entry of this Order and Defendants shall have until January 30, 2007, to file an Answer or other responsive pleading.
