Appeal, No. 76, April T., 1952, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Clarion County, Feb. T., 1952, No. 11, in case of Blaine V. Breniman v. G. A. Stiles Company and Pa. Mfrs. Assn. Cas. Ins. Co. Judgment affirmed.

Appeal by claimant from refusal of award by Workmen's Compensation Board.

Appeal dismissed and judgment entered for defendant, opinion by WEAVER, J. Claimant appealed.
