Before the Court is appellants' April 10, 2017 motion to stay appeal proceedings pending Texas Supreme Court decision on writ of mandamus and appellee's April 20, 2017 response and April 24, 2017 supplemental response to appellants' motions. Appellants' motion to stay is DENIED.
By letter dated March 31, 2017, appellants were directed to provide the Court with written verification of payment or arrangements to pay for the clerk's record or written documentation showing appellants are entitled to proceed without payment of costs. To date, appellants have not provided the required documentation. Appellants are again cautioned that failure to provide the Court with the required documentation within TEN DAYS of the date of this order will result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b); 42.3(b), (c).
