Writ granted. Stay granted as to Capt. Charlie J. Talbert, Jr. See 50 U.S.C.A. App. Sec. 521; trial judge should exercise discretion as to continuance as to co-defendants. 50 U.S.C.A. App. Sec. 521, annotation 22.
