This case was called from the calendar at the Court's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Trial Session on October 31, 2022. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and reported that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and requested an additional 30 days to submit a proposed stipulated decision to the Court. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued and jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 2, 2022, the parties shall either file a joint report as to the then-current status of this case or shall submit the parties' proposed stipulated decision.
