In Re: Alvin Bratton, applying for supervisory writs, 20th Judicial District Court, Parish of West Feliciana, No. 15-WCR-308. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, HIGGINBOTHAM AND CRAIN, JJ.
WRIT DENIED. Relator's pleading, titled "Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus," seeks post-conviction relief, and therefore, pursuant to La. Code Crim. P. art. 925, shall be filed in the 1st Judicial District Court in Caddo Parish, where relator was convicted of second degree murder.
