These cases are calendared for trial at the remote Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 4, 2023.
On November 9, 2023, the Court held a telephonic conference with the parties. The parties agreed to continue this case and set it for a Special Trial Session of the Court in January 2024.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that jurisdiction of these cases is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that these cases are stricken for trial from the December 4, 2023, remote Trial Session of the Court, and these cases are continued. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
