Action by plaintiff Mary Braley to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when she stepped on a rug in a house in which she was employed. The rug slipped on the floor and the plaintiff fell. Action by her husband to recover for loss of services. Judgment in favor of plaintiffs, entered on the verdict of a jury, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
