An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on March 31, 2016, and an application having been made by Ian A. Rennie, Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the child,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Ian A. Rennie, Esq., dated December 16, 2016,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Andrew S. Greenberg, Esq., 500 South Salina Street, Suite 710, Syracuse, New York 13202-2401, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child, and
It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before February 3, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
