This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Shreveport, Louisiana trial session, scheduled to begin May 2, 2024.

On March 20, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and need additional time to submit a stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call at the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 24, 2024, the parties shall file a stipulated decision or a status report with the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order and a copy of the Commissioner's status report filed March 20, 2024, on petitioner at P.O. Box 852, Cottonport, LA 71327.
