DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to require respondent to supply omissions to hearing transcripts and to vacate order of transfer and transfer proceeding to Supreme Court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the order of transfer and to transfer the proceeding to Supreme Court on the ground that the hearing transcripts are incorrect is denied, without costs, and it is

ORDERED that the motion to require respondent to supply omissions to the hearing transcripts is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to the issue involved being raised upon the argument of the proceeding, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the order of transfer and to transfer the proceeding to Supreme Court on the ground that the verified petition does not raise a question of substantial evidence is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to the issue involved being raised upon the argument of the proceeding.
