Upon due consideration of the Motion for Entry of Decision, filed January 25, 2024, by respondent in the above-docketed matter, wherein respondent seeks entry of a decision that no deficiency for 2021 is due from petitioner, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 15, 2024, either (1) petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced motion, or, alternatively (2) the parties shall submit a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this case. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion or other appropriate action by this Court.
