    Since the court found that defendant had the ability to make the required payments but wilfully failed to make them, these findings were sufficient in themselves to justify the court's conclusion as to contempt. Boyer v. Boyer, 27 N.C. App. 422, 219 S.E.2d 252 (1975). That equity may dictate that defendant be given credit for providing plaintiff with an appliance requested by her does not excuse defendant from wilfully violating the explicit terms of a judicial order.
