On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the January 3, 2002 decision of the Court of Appeals and the motion for peremptory disposition are considered and, pursuant to MCR L7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the decision of the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission and REMAND this case to the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission for reconsideration in light ofSington v Chrysler Corp, 467 Mich. 144 (2002).
